The board is subdivided into several committees. Each committee has a specific area of concentration to help make NHS function as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Clinical Services Committee (has oversight for NHS’ clinic processes)
- Finance Committee (makes recommendations regarding the financial matters regarding NHS)
- Personnel Committee (the initiating forum for proposed personnel policies relating to all areas of the organization )
- Executive Committee (makes decisions on all NHS policies)
